ABS Void Formworks can be used for all types of lightweight filling applications. These single-use formworks made from recycled plastic create raised reinforced concrete slabs up to 300 cm, enabling lightweight, fast, and economical filling. Volimax voided slab systems reduce concrete and reinforcement in long-span floors. ABS YAPI has supplied sustainable structural systems from Istanbul to 60+ countries since 2011.

The product range includes ABS Plus adjustable void formwork, ABS Level fixed-height void formwork and Volimax voided slabs, used in landscape fills, sunken slabs, ramps, pool decks, footing fills and service rooms. Compared with conventional fill, the system cuts dead load, truck movements and labour while leaving a void for MEP services.

ABS Plus covers 20–300 cm adjustable heights; ABS Level is 5, 10 and 15 cm fixed. Installation can reach about 20 m²/hour for adjustable units and 100 m²/hour for fixed-height units. Technical documents, references and team profiles are published on this site.
